Hello,
Hope all is well! On some of the recent Youtube sermons, I was not able to use Closed Captioning. The “CC” button does not appear on the hidden pull-up bar of the videos. This is the same for both my PC and Amazon Fire stick’s “internet” app (not sure if that makes a difference).
If possible on your end when editing videos, can you activate Closed Captioning?

I’m certainly sorry that happened. We will definitely look into it. Thanks for letting us know. I think it may be because we used three different cameras on this video. The week before had some technical problems. We will definitely double check this weekend as we add it.

Youtube automatically creates the closed caption based on our audio. It should continue to load as we have all the correct boxes checked to create it, however, it is up to youtube to decide to populate it. If they think our audio is too complex or difficult to hear, then they do not insert it. Hopefully, our closed caption will return to normal this week. Please let us know if it keeps being a problem & God bless.
