David Crowther—Pastor

David has been the pastor of Mount Olive since April 2012. Prior to coming to Mt. Olive, he served as a pastor in Kentucky. Originally, from Anderson, SC, he has a Bachelor of Arts from Anderson University, a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. David and his wife, Laura, met in college and have two children, Rachel and Isaiah. He enjoys watching college football and spending time outdoors and with his family.

Will grew up in a military family and lived all over the country before moving to Kentucky, where he went to high school and college. He and his wife, Leslie, have called Burlington home since 2010.  He earned a Bachelors degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.  Will is also a business and computer science teacher at Ray Street Academy.  Will and Leslie enjoy sports, outdoor activities and watching their son, Palmer, learn and grow.

Tina Vaughn—Secretary

Tina is proud to call North Carolina home. She grew up in Burlington, and then attended Meredith College in Raleigh, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting. She married her high school sweetheart, Brian, and moved to Chatham County. After many years of working in the business industry, Tina was happy to join the Mt. Olive staff in 2013. Brian, Tina and their two daughters, Amber and Victoria enjoy playing board games, watching movies and family time.

Mike grew up in Pittsboro, NC and went to Hanks Chapel Church; Pam grew up in Graham, NC and attended Swepsonville Methodist Church until 1971 when her family moved to Pittsboro. Both Pam and Mike attended Northwood High School where they started dating March 23, 1973. Mike went in the US Navy for four years and works with USDA as a Compliance Investigator and has thirty seven years with the Federal Government. Pam attended UNC where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene and has worked in Dental Hygiene for about thirty-five years. They were married on April 19, 1981, and have a son, Brandon, daughter-in-law, Mel, and two grandsons, Ace and Ethan. Mike and Pam have a daughter, Brittany, who lives with her husband, Wes, in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Brittany Jackson Love is an Optometrist with the VA Hospital in Birmingham and Wes is in Medical School at UAB Birmingham, Alabama.
